* 创始人、董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官吴明辉将通过一组控股股东拥有并控制约10.57%已发行股份及约53.54%投票权；腾讯0700.HK透过旗下意像架构等现时持有本公司已发行及发行在外股份总数约26.96%
* 包括腾讯旗下Hundreds Capital、海合会资产管理机构GFHGFHB.BH、晶泰控股2228.HK在内的七名基石投资者认购总金额不超过5,900万美元
