路透10月23日 - 美国铁路运营商诺福克南方NSC.N周四公布第三季度利润增长，这是该公司宣布与联合太平洋UNP.N达成850亿美元交易，组建美国第一家海岸至海岸货运铁路运营商后的首份财报。
