智通财经APP获悉，专注于另类加密货币挖矿设备生产的Bgin Blockchain(BGIN.US)于周二登陆美股纳斯达克，其首次公开募股(IPO)定价为每股6美元，位于此前公布的每股5-7美元定价区间的中点。该公司在其IPO中发行了500万股股票，筹集了3000万美元。该股上市首日收跌17.33%，报4.96美元。
Bgin Blockchain是一家数字资产技术公司，拥有自主加密货币挖矿技术，且战略重点聚焦于另类加密货币。该公司以往的收入几乎全部来自加密货币挖矿业务，但自2023年4月起，挖矿机销售已成为其主要收入来源。通过旗下运营子公司，该公司设计并销售搭载Bgin自主研发的8nm或12nm ASIC芯片的挖矿机，这些设备分属不同系列，专门用于KAS币、ALPH币和RXD币的挖矿。这些设备仅通过其官网对外销售，客户主要分布在中国香港、美国及东南亚地区。目前，Bgin代客户托管的设备共计4020台，分别位于内布拉斯加州和艾奥瓦州。数据显示，成立于2019年的Bgin Blockchain在截至2024年12月31日的12个月内实现营收3.02亿美元。
