中国质量新闻网讯 近日，湖北省孝感市市场监管局举办了全市医疗器械经营企业质量监管培训会，进一步提升医疗器械经营环节质量管理水平，规范网络销售行为。
会议邀请省药品监管局医疗器械监督管理处三级调研员黄晖进行专题授课，聚焦当前监管重点与企业关切，帮助监管人员和企业准确把握政策要求，压实企业质量安全主体责任。培训中，黄晖结合其丰富的监管实践经验，系统解读《医疗器械网络销售监督管理办法》和《医疗器械网络销售质量管理规范》，详细阐述了法规条款、法律责任以及实际操作中的注意事项。市局围绕医疗器械经营企业现场核查的常见问题与关键要点进行了细致剖析，为企业和监管人员提供了清晰的工作指引。
