ChainCatcher 消息，据 Newswire 报道，特殊目的收购公司 Mercer Park Opportunities Corp.（多伦多证券交易所代码：SPAC.U）宣布，其已与混合数字资产交易领域的创新企业 Cube Group, Inc. 签署了一份最终业务合并协议。
此次交易对 Cube 的估值为 3 亿美元，在获得监管批准后，预计将打造一家公开上市实体。
该实体计划在交易完成前斥资 5 亿美元收购 Solana 代币（SOL）储备，以增强流动性、收益生成和长期价值创造。交易完成后，合并后的公司将以 Cube Exchange Inc. 的名义运营。
该交易需经多伦多证券交易所批准。Mercer Park 还同意尽合理努力，在交易完成后迅速寻求在纳斯达克实现双重上市。Mercer Park 预计交易将于 2026 年第一季度完成。
