ChainCatcher 消息，据 businesswire 报道，生物技术公司 Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: APDN) 宣布，已完成先前宣布的由机构 DeFi 和 TradFi 投资者领投的私募股权投资（PIPE）融资，且其初始 BNB 持有量价值超过 1700 万美元。
PIPE 为公司带来了约 2700 万美元的总收益，未来通过行使认股权证还可能额外获得高达 3100 万美元的总收益。PIPE 交易的总收益包括 1530 万美元现金及稳定币，以及价值 1171 万美元的 OBNB 信托单位。
