A trustee of Kingmaker Footwear (HKG:1170) acquired 1 million shares for HK$520,000, or HK$0.52 apiece, to hold on trust under a share award scheme, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares, purchased from the market between Oct. 16 and Oct. 24, represent around 0.149% of the footwear manufacturer's issued share capital.
Following completion, the trustee holds a little over 10.6 million, or 1.579%, shares in the firm.
