Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (HKG:1601) will buy to lease back a lithium battery production logistics line system from Jiangxi Far East Lithium Battery for 30 million yuan, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The finance leasing company will then lease the assets back to the lessee for 36 months for a total finance lease payment of over 32.5 million yuan.
