近日，中国船级社（CCS）舟山办事处执行建造检验的9000DWT超低温冷藏运输船“新翔利55”轮与“新翔利56”轮在舟山宁兴船舶修造有限公司顺利交付。
作为全球最大的超低温冷藏运输船型，该船型设计总长143.49米，型宽21.00米，型深11.20米，设计吃水7.70米；设计航速14.5节，续航力达15000海里，可满足无限航区远洋运输需求。船舶设有舱容约11500立方米的冷藏舱，由艏至艉设4个货舱且分上、中、下三层温区，采用盘管制冷技术，舱温可稳定维持在-55℃，并取得CRS附加标志，能精准保障金枪鱼等高附加值渔获的储存品质。
船舶建造检验过程中，CCS项目组高度重视，从分段建造、船体搭载、设备调试到低温性能测试、航行试验，全程严格把控质量，确保船舶符合国际规则与CCS规范的要求。针对建造工程量大、技术难度高等挑战，舟山办事处积极响应技术问题和施工难点，为船舶顺利交付提供有力的技术支持和服务保障支撑，赢得各方高度认可。
