近日,中国船级社(CCS)舟山办事处执行建造检验的9000DWT超低温冷藏运输船“新翔利55”轮与“新翔利56”轮在舟山宁兴船舶修造有限公司顺利交付。
作为全球最大的超低温冷藏运输船型,该船型设计总长143.49米,型宽21.00米,型深11.20米,设计吃水7.70米;设计航速14.5节,续航力达15000海里,可满足无限航区远洋运输需求。船舶设有舱容约11500立方米的冷藏舱,由艏至艉设4个货舱且分上、中、下三层温区,采用盘管制冷技术,舱温可稳定维持在-55℃,并取得CRS附加标志,能精准保障金枪鱼等高附加值渔获的储存品质。
船舶建造检验过程中,CCS项目组高度重视,从分段建造、船体搭载、设备调试到低温性能测试、航行试验,全程严格把控质量,确保船舶符合国际规则与CCS规范的要求。针对建造工程量大、技术难度高等挑战,舟山办事处积极响应技术问题和施工难点,为船舶顺利交付提供有力的技术支持和服务保障支撑,赢得各方高度认可。
