快科技10月23日消息，在今日举办的2025 新能源电池产业发展大会上，欣旺达推出新一代聚合物全固态电池“欣·碧霄”。
该电池能量密度达400 Wh/kg，在＜1MPa的超低外加压力下循环寿命1200周，较传统锂电池的800-1000周显著延长，兼顾高能量与长寿命。
其工作温区覆盖-30℃至60℃，在- 20℃低温环境下仍能保持80%以上容量，显著改善电动车在高寒地区的续航表现。
同时电池通过针刺实验、200℃热箱测试等严苛安全验证，解决传统锂电池的热失控风险。
欣旺达预计在今年年底建成0.2GWh聚合物固态电芯中试线，相关高管称，公司也已经成功开发测试了520Wh/kg能量密度的锂金属超级电池实验室样品。
欣旺达在固态电池领域布局已久，早在2015年就已开始研发，并规划了第一代400Wh/kg和第二代500Wh/kg全固态电池。
