Obook (OWLS), which operates as OwlTing, said Friday it obtained Money Transmitter Licenses in Washington, Kansas, and North Carolina, expanding its fund operations coverage to 40 US states.
Obook said it is pursuing Money Transmitter Licenses or their equivalents in the remaining US states.
Shares of Obook were down more than 6% in recent premarket activity Friday.
