10月24日，时值中国程序员节，宝马（南京）信息技术有限公司在南京正式挂牌开业。作为华晨宝马汽车有限公司100%持股的全资子公司，新公司由领悦数字信息技术有限公司南京分公司升级而来，自此开启法人独立运营模式。此举不仅加速了宝马在华数字化转型进程，更通过深化本土创新，塑造其引领未来智慧出行的核心技术优势。
据了解，从战略定位看，新公司不仅是宝马集团全球六大信息技术中心之一，更是集团在华设立的首个且唯一的信息技术中心，同时也是集团在全亚洲规模最大的信息技术创新基地，三重定位凸显其在宝马全球数字化体系中的核心支柱地位。
华晨宝马汽车有限公司总裁兼首席执行官宝思齐强调：“宝马始终是数字化转型的先行者。宝马（南京）信息技术有限公司的成立，将进一步夯实我们在中国的数字化核心能力，推动全价值链的品质卓越、效率优化与业务创新。”
宝马（南京）信息技术有限公司首席执行官戚海飞表示：“未来，依托中国在数字化领域的创新实力，我们将携手中国创新力量，在AI全链应用、智能制造等关键领域深化原有职能并承担更多面向未来的新使命。”
