智通财经APP获悉，飞天云动(06610)午后跌超14%，低见0.163港元创上市新低。截至发稿，跌14.06%，报0.165港元，成交额652.39万港元。
消息面上，飞天云动公布，建议每20股合并为1股，每手买卖单位1000股维持不变。有关建议须待股东批准。公告指出，根据10月20日收报19.2港仙，股份合并后，每手买卖单位价值由192港元调整为3840港元，而建议股份合并将令每股合并股份的交易价相应上调。此外，由于大部分银行/证券行将就每项证券交易收取最低交易费，因此股份合并将降低买卖股份的整体交易及手续费占每手买卖单位市值的比例。
