华纳兄弟探索公司首席执行官大卫·扎斯拉夫（David Zaslav）在一份声明中表示：“我们投资组合的巨大价值正获得市场其他参与者越来越多的认可，这并不意外。在收到多方意向后，我们已启动对战略替代方案的全面评估，以确定释放资产全部价值的最佳前进路径。”
