路透北京/新加坡10月21日 - 两位知情人士透露，中国内存芯片制造商长鑫存储（CXMT）计划最快于明年第一季度在上海进行首次公开发行$(IPO)$，目标估值高达3,000亿元人民币（421.2亿美元）。
长鑫存储于2016年在中国政府支持下成立，现已成为中国在全球DRAM市场中建立立足点的战略先锋，而这一市场长期以来由日本、韩国和美国的企业主导。
两位消息人士称，长鑫存储计划通过此次发股筹资 200 亿至 400 亿元人民币。
第三位消息人士说，该公司的目标是筹资约 300 亿元人民币，最早可能在 11 月份向投资者公布招股说明书。
消息人士提醒说，IPO的细节，如时间表、发行规模和估值，可能会根据市场需求而发生变化。由于计划尚未公开，消息人士均要求匿名。（完）
