智通财经APP讯，基石药业-B(02616)发布公告，本公司已获杨建新及高级管理层告知，彼等于2025年10月20日至10月22日以个人资金在公开市场上合共购买100万股股份(股份购买)，其中杨建新购买了70万股股份。
此次近期购买延续了杨建新一贯的坚定承诺。自2022年8月担任首席执行官以来，杨建新累计购买合共1150.1万股股份。此次股份购买后，杨建新持有合共相当于本公司于本公告日期的已发行股本总额约4.81%的股份。
杨建新及高级管理层表示，彼等对本公司长期投资价值和未来持续发展前景充满信心，增持本公司股份亦代表彼等相信本公司有能力在未来保持稳健经营和快速增长。杨建新及高级管理层并不排除可能适时进一步增持本公司股份。
本公司董事会认为，杨建新及高级管理层增持本公司股份体现其对本公司作出的长期承诺以及对本公司未来业务前景充满信心。
