智通财经APP讯，远东控股国际(00036)发布公告，于2025年10月24日，公司接获联交所函件，通知公司联交所上市委员会决定，经考虑公司及上市科提交的所有文件(包括书面及口头)后，上市委员会认为公司未能维持上市规则第13.24条所规定的足够营运水平及拥有足够价值的资产支持其营运，以确保其股份能够继续上市。因此，上市委员会决定维持上市科根据第6.01(3)条作出的暂停公司股份买卖的上市科决定。公司现正审阅上市委员会决定及进行内部讨论，并将考虑是否提出要求将上市委员会决定提交上市复核委员会复核。
