智通财经APP讯，丽新发展(00488)发布截至2025年7月31日止年度业绩，营业额48.99亿港元，同比下降18.3%;公司拥有人应占亏损28.74亿港元，同比收窄21.8%;每股基本亏损1.978港元。
期内公司拥有人应占净亏损较上个财政年度有所收窄，主要由于集团(i)物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产减值减少;(ii)物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产折旧因于上个财政年度就该等资产减值亏损而减少;(iii)投资物业公平值亏损减少;(iv)融资成本减少所致。该亏损减少部分被丽丰集团物业销售以及电影及电视节目分部贡献减少连同应占合营公司的亏损增加所抵销。
