智通财经APP讯，思考乐教育(01769)发布公告，由于认购协议所载先决条件已达成，认购事项于2025年10月24日按照认购协议所载条款及条件完成。合共1.1亿股认购股份(相当于本公司经发行及配发认购股份而扩大的已发行股本约16.30%)已按认购价每股认购股份2.2港元配发及发行予认购方。认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除开支后)约2.41亿港元将用于(i)提升本集团的教学质量及学生的学习体验，包括招募更多课程开发人员、优化及丰富课程内容及教材、翻新设施及购置教学设备;(ii)未来潜在的人工智能项目;及(iii)补充营运资金及一般企业用途，以支持本公司的策略。
