智通财经APP讯，恒富控股(00643)及联合要约人Zephyrus Capital Limited、曾俊豪先生联合公布，于2025年9月4日，马小秋女士拟向Zephyrus Capital Limited出售Mars Worldwide的全部已发行股本，总代价为5400万港元。于本联合公布日期，MarsWorldwide持有411,293,396股股份，占公司全部已发行股本约45.71%。紧随完成后及于本联合公布日期，联合要约人及其一致行动人士合共拥有411,293,396股股份，占公司全部已发行股本约45.71%。就此而言，联合要约人的要约代理华富建业证券将代表联合要约人提出要约。每股要约股份现金0.1331港元，较股份于2025年9月4日(即最后交易日)在联交所所报收市价每股0.640港元折让约79.20%。
此外，公司已向联交所申请股份自 2025年10月27日上午九时正起于联交所复牌。
要约截止后，联合要约人拟令集团继续经营现有主要业务，并维持公司的上市地位。联合要约人将对集团的业务活动及资产进行检讨，以制定集团未来业务发展 的计划及策略。
