10月24日金融一线消息，2025外滩年会于10月23-25日在上海市黄浦区召开，主题为“拥抱变局：新秩序·新科技”。法兰克福大学金融研究中心主席、德国央行原行长Axel A． WEBER出席并参加外滩圆桌“智能跃迁：AI的宏观经济含义”。
Axel A． WEBER认为，人工智能是一种新的通用技术。短期内，这将导致早期采用者在某些领域大幅提高效率；从长远来看，它对人类社会的影响基本上是全方位的。所以我认为我们严重低估了这项技术和产出的影响，只是现在它还不符合我们的GDP框架，但长期来看增长将会十分强劲。“种子已经种下，只是短期内看起来可能平平无奇而已。”
