根据Rystad Energy AS的分析，美国最新针对俄罗斯原油生产商的制裁使该国每日50万至60万桶的产量面临风险。

　　被列入制裁名单的俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）和卢克石油公司（Lukoil）合计每日出口约300万桶原油和约100万桶成品油。

　　Rystad Energy副总裁Janiv Shah表示，这些限制措施“可能会严重扰乱供应流向，让许多买家觉得乌拉尔原油在政治上不划算，并促使各国在中东及其他竞争供应地区之间重新调整原油进口来源”。
