智通财经APP讯，丽新国际(00191)发布截至2025年7月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得营业额49.96亿港元，同比减少18.05%;公司拥有人应占亏损16.76亿港元，同比收窄22.71%;每股基本亏损1.897港元。
公告称，股东应占亏损收窄主要由于本集团(i)物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产减值减少;(ii)物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产折旧因于上个财政年度就该等资产减值亏损而减少;(iii)投资物业公平值亏损减少;及(iv)融资成本减少所致。该亏损减少部分被丽丰集团物业销售以及电影及电视节目分部贡献减少连同应占合营公司的亏损增加所抵销。
