消息面上，当地时间21日，美国总统特朗普称尚未就与普京的会晤做出决定。特朗普还表示，他仍然认为乌克兰与俄罗斯有机会停火。当天稍早时，白宫高级官员表示，目前没有安排特朗普与普京会面的计划。
开源证券此前发布研报称，俄罗斯是全球第三大原铝生产国，其产量主要由俄铝贡献，2023年俄铝原铝产量达384.7万吨，伴随Taishet产能的爬坡，预计2024年俄铝原铝产量将达到390万吨，预计供应全球5%的铝产量。而美国是全球第二大铝消费国，恢复出口后俄铝可享受稳定订单。
