Contact Energy (NZE:CEN, ASX:CEN) priced an issuance of 500 million euros in 3.537% senior bonds due Nov. 3, 2032, under its euro medium-term note program to align with the company's funding strategy, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
The bonds are scheduled to be issued on Nov. 3 and will be fully swapped to NZ$1.01 billion, the filing added.
