    本报讯  (记者曲欣悦)记者从中国联通集团工会获悉,中国联通近日出台《职工创新工作室联盟管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),从联盟主要职责、申请程序、经费管理等方面对各类职工创新工作室联盟的建设运行进行规范,旨在充分发挥劳模工匠人才示范引领作用,聚焦企业发展中的重难点问题、市场需求及行业前沿领域,开展创新协同攻关,推动产业工人队伍建设改革走深走实。
    《办法》明确联盟采用分类建设与管理的模式,构建专业类、跨企业类、跨区域类3种联盟生态,建立集团工会顶层统筹、基层工会协同推进、联盟自主管理的3级责任体系。通过设立理事会制度、共享交流机制及专项经费保障,为协同创新提供制度保障,在产业内外构建职工创新生态,为打造高素质职工队伍注入新动能。
    据悉,目前,中国联通已创建800余家职工创新工作室、2家跨区域的职工创新工作室联盟。其中,京津冀职工创新工作室联盟整合京津冀三地资源,聚焦云数智领域进行融合创新,长三角职工创新工作室联盟瞄准工业互联网、人工智能等数字化前沿领域开展联合攻关。
