智通财经APP讯，弘阳服务(01971)发布公告，有关(其中包括)弘阳服务(控股)集团有限公司将本公司已发行股本中合共3.02亿股普通股(质押股份)质押予Serica Agency Limited(承押人)作为弘升有限公司所发行若干票据的抵押，以作为亦于2024年8月19日发生的2024年弘升重组方案完成的一部分。于2025年10月21日，承押人据称已采取行动强制执行其于质押股份的抵押权益，并就质押股份委任Wong Wing Sze Tiffany及Edward Simon Middleton(接管人)为共同及各别接管人及管理人。于本公告日期，质押股份(即本公司的3.02亿股普通股)占本公司全部已发行股本约72.77%。
董事会获悉，弘阳服务(控股)集团有限公司正就该事项(该事项)寻求法律意见，以保障其于质押股份中的权益。此外，本公司亦已接获接管人及管理人发出的通知。本公司现正就此寻求法律意见。
董事会认为，现时本公司的营运及财务状况均属正常，且由于本公司并非该事项的当事方，该事项对本公司的业务营运、财务状况及偿债能力并无重大影响。
