Fineos (ASX:FCL) appointed Chief Executive Michael Kelly as executive chairman, effective Jan. 1, 2026, succeeding Anne O'Driscoll, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
O'Driscoll has decided to retire from the board effective Dec. 31, per the filing.
Kelly will take on the role of executive chairman while remaining in his position as the company's CEO, the filing added.
The company's shares fell nearly 1% in recent Friday trade.
