BlockBeats 消息，10 月 24 日，智云国际控股有限公司 (港交所：8521) 宣布旗下全资子公司 Cloudpotent 与 WhatsMiner（神马）全球合作伙伴 Pansemi（新加坡）签署战略合作协议，双方将围绕云端算力与互联网流量服务开展算力供应与运营合作。根据协议，智云国际子公司将以优先采购方式，从 Pansemi 获取总额约 3,000 万港元的算力资源，并将在 24 个月内分批交付。Pansemi 将视智云国际子公司为其战略核心客户，给予算力优先供给及与其他主要合作伙伴同等的优惠商业条款。
智云国际投资人 Abraham Gomez 表示，此次合作标志着智云国际在推进“比特币积累公司”（BAC）战略上迈出关键一步，将助力智云以优惠价格获取挖矿算力，提升比特币挖矿效率并强化全球竞争力。
