据深圳规划资源海洋官微，2025中国海洋经济博览会定于2025年10月28日至10月30日在深圳国际会展中心（宝安新馆）举办，10月29日至11月2日举办2025深圳国际海洋周。
2025海博会以“数智深蓝共创未来”为主题，展览面积4万平方米，包括展览、论坛、配套活动三方面内容。海博会将汇聚超过200家全球领先的海洋科技企业与机构，展会覆盖海洋智能装备、深海科技、海洋电子信息、海洋能源、海洋现代服务业等关键领域，一批龙头企业将带来其前沿技术与系统解决方案，打造海洋产业新生态系统。
2025年政府工作报告首次将“深海科技”列为新兴产业重点发展领域，与商业航天及低空经济并列，明确提出推动其“安全健康发展”。西部证券郑宏达认为，政策表述从2021年的“深海工程”、2023年的“深海深地探测”逐步演进至2025年的“深海科技”，愈加覆盖深海探测、资源开发、装备制造等全产业链技术体系。这一政策升级亦标志着深海科技从科研探索向产业化应用的战略转型，未来深海科技将成为培育新质生产力的重要引擎。
