Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ASX:ECF) reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 distribution guidance of AU$0.065 per security, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
For the fiscal first quarter, the fund will pay a distribution of AU$0.01625 per security on Nov. 6 to security holders on record as of Sept. 30.
Shares of the company rose nearly 2% in recent Friday trade.
