瑞银集团周五宣布了董事会和执行董事会的人事变动，任命比阿特丽斯·马丁（Beatriz Martin）为首席运营官，并宣布瑞银董事会副主席卢卡斯·盖维尔（Lukas Gaehwiler）将于明年卸任。
瑞银资深合规主管马库斯·罗纳（Markus Ronner）已被提名接替盖维尔。盖维尔在2010年加入瑞银之前，曾在瑞士信贷（Credit Suisse）工作过很长时间。
瑞银首席整合官米歇尔·贝雷奥（Michelle Bereaux）将出任合规和运营主管。
瑞银表示，目前隶属于合规、监管和治理部门的政府和监管事务以及集团安全职能将分别移交给首席财务官托德·塔克纳（Todd Tuckner）和人力资源主管斯蒂芬·塞勒（Stefan Seiler）。
