Mad Paws Holdings (ASX:MPA) said a court hearing to approve the acquisition of the firm by Rover Group via a scheme of arrangement is scheduled to take place on Nov. 3 at the Supreme Court of New South Wales, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The firm added that the scheme of arrangement was approved by its shareholders at a scheme meeting on Friday.
