智通财经APP获悉，上善黄金(01939)午前涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.48%，报9.32港元，成交额463.76万港元。
消息面上，10月20日，上善黄金发布公告，公司与配售代理订立补充协议，其中，配售股数由原先3,782.54万股，更改为1,188万股，相当于扩大后股本2.32%；配售价由6.53元，修订为7.71元，较今日(20日)收市价折让7.78%。
公告称，集资净额由2.46亿元减少至约9,000万元，其中，3,500万元拟用于于全球渠道布局及品牌体系建设；4,200万元用于技术升级及供应链保障体系建设以及迁移全球总部；余额用于成立新的黄金、珠宝及当代艺术品事业部及一般营运资金。
