智通财经APP讯，丰德丽控股(00571)公布截至2025年7月31日止年度业绩，营业额约7.8亿港元，同比下跌约33.2%;公司拥有人应占亏损1280万港元，同比减少97.49%;每股亏损0.007港元。
公告称，收益减少主要由于电影及电视节目以及媒体及娱乐业务的收益减少所致，惟被回顾年度内较上一个财政年度戏院营运收入的增长略为抵消。年内综合亏损大幅减少，乃主要由于(i)使用权资产及物业、厂房及设备于回顾年度内出现减值拨回，然而该等资产于上一个财政年度曾作出重大减值亏损拨备;(ii)使用权资产以及物业、厂房及设备的折旧减少，因该等资产已于上一个财政年度作出减值亏损拨备;及(iii)成功与业主协商租金减免及租金重整后修订租赁的收益增加所致。
