路透10月21日 - 全球投资公司KKR KKR.N和葡萄牙私募股权公司Quadrantis Capital周二表示，将收购复星国际控股的匹克再保险公司的少数股权。
KKR将从保诚金融手中收购峰值再保险公司约11.3%的股份，而Quadrantis将持有1.8%的股份。在香港上市的中国企业集团复星国际0656.HK将保留其在该再保险公司86.71%的多数股权。
继 KKR 上个月收购日本保险分销商 Hoken Minaoshi Hompo Group (link) 之后，该公司继续加强在亚洲保险业的布局。
"KKR 董事总经理 Bing Gu 表示："随着亚洲成为全球保险和再保险的增长引擎，匹克再保险凭借其成熟的地区平台、严谨的承保方法和强大的治理能力，完全有能力满足全球客户的需求。
这些投资预计将于 2025 年第四季度完成。
