10月22日，中铝国际AH股午后齐升，截至发稿，A股封涨停，H股涨超15%。
消息面上，据华尔街见闻引述媒体报道，力拓集团正在探索与中国铝业集团有限公司进行资产换股权的可能性。报道称，中铝集团将用其部分持股，换取力拓部分矿业资产的合作关系。互换可以让力拓更果断地配置资本并进行并购。中铝集团可能感兴趣的资产包括几内亚的西芒杜铁矿石项目和蒙古国的奥尤陶勒盖铜矿。另一项可能的交换可能包括力拓的钛业务。
西部证券指出，中铝国际背靠中铝集团，为该集团内工程技术经营单元，实控人为国务院国资委。公司在有色金属行业拥有绝对领先的技术、人才、资质、全产业链和国际化优势。据悉，今年4月，中铝国际工程股份有限公司中标几内亚西芒杜铁矿采矿运维项目，合同总价不超过2.8亿美元，折合人民币约20.33亿元。
