智通财经APP获悉，周四，文远知行(WRD.US)涨逾6%，报10.47美元。消息面上，近日，“全球 Robotaxi 第一股”文远知行在通过港交所聆讯后，正式进入港股上市冲刺阶段。此次上市将构建起“美股+港股”的双资本平台，进一步夯实其在万亿级自动驾驶出行市场的领先地位。
作为全球自动驾驶领域的标杆企业，文远知行的全球化布局已形成显著壁垒。据文远知行透露，其旗下产品已获得中国、美国、法国、阿联酋、新加坡、沙特、比利时等7个国家自动驾驶牌照，并在全球11个国家30座城市开展测试与运营，安全运营天数突破2200天。当前，自动驾驶网约车技术已实现“从0到1”的突破。
财务方面，文远知行二季度营收达1.27亿元，同比增长60.8%，其中自动驾驶网约车业务收入4590万元，同比猛增836.7%，创公司成立以来单季度新高。在阿联酋阿布扎比，其自动驾驶车队规模已达2024年的3倍。
