智通财经APP讯，中国金融租赁(02312)发布公告，认购协议所载条件已获达成，完成已于2025年10月22日根据认购协议条款及条件作实。6937.95万股认购股份已按认购价每股认购股份1.25港元配发及发行予认购人。认购股份占：紧接完成前已发行股份总数约20%;及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股份总数约16.67%。
认购事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额分别约为8672.44万港元及8642.59万港元。
