10月24日金融一线消息，浦发银行今日发布关于持股5%以上股东权益变动触及1%刻度的提示性公告。公告显示，该行收到中国移动通信集团广东有限公司（以下简称中国移动）的通知，获悉中国移动通过可转债转股形式增持公司普通股股份。
浦发银行指出，该行可转债“浦发转债”已于 2020 年 5 月 4 日进入转股期。截至 2025年 10 月 17 日，公司总股本为 32，693，020，951 股，中国移动持有公司股份为 5，934，854，845 股，持股比例为 18.15%。随公司可转债持有人持续转股，截至 2025 年 10 月 23 日，公司总股本增加至 33，187，026，772 股，中国移动持股比例被动稀释至 17.88%。2025 年 10 月 24 日，中国移动将其持有的 14，838，280张可转债转为公司普通股 118，611，350 股。转股后，中国移动持股比例由 17.88%增加至 18.18%，触及 1%的整数倍。
