消息面上，瑞银发布研报指出，由于国内房地产持续疲弱的情况已充分反映在敏华控股的股价之中，加上随着利率下调，美国需求可能增长，另一方面，虽然关税带来不确定性，但亦可能创造市场份额增长的机会，因此该行转为看好敏华控股。该行上调对其2026至28财年每股盈测分别12%、9%及11%，认为负面因素已被反映，现时估值低迷，即使中国市场拐点或要等更长时间才发生，但预期国内房市疲弱不会带来向下估值重评，随着美国降息将带来基本面及估值上行空间。
