10月21日金融一线消息，中国人民银行苏州市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，江西银行苏州分行因违反账户管理规定；未按规定履行客户身份识别义务；违反网络安全管理规定；违反数据安全管理规定；违反信用信息采集、提供、查询及相关管理规定，被中国人民银行苏州市分行警告，罚款67.2万元。

　　阮某民（时任江西银行苏州分行合规部副总经理）对该行“未按规定保存客户身份资料和交易记录”的违法行为负责，被罚款3.5万元。

　　俞某东（时任江西银行苏州分行相城支行行长）、曹某（时任江西银行苏州分行相城支行客户经理）二人对该行“违反信用信息采集、提供、查询及相关管理规定”的违法行为负责，分别被罚款0.5万元。
