在与诺和诺德控股股东就公司构成发生冲突后，几名董事会成员将辞去职务。
这家以减肥和糖尿病药物闻名的丹麦制药巨头周二表示，董事会和公司控股股东诺和诺德基金会未能就董事会未来的组成达成一致。
董事会主席Helge Lund说：“董事会提议更新，重点是增加精选的新能力，同时保持连续性，而基金会董事会希望进行更广泛的重组。”
该基金会提议现任主席Lars Rebien Sørensen也将担任董事会主席。
Sørensen表示，双方在公司战略上没有整体分歧，但诺和诺德基金会希望董事会能更快做出决策。
他还说，董事会对美国市场的变化反应太慢，而且在管理首席执行官的变动问题上也存在分歧。基金会希望迅速任命人选，而董事会则希望对外部和内部候选人进行更全面的审查。
