油价小幅上涨，因华盛顿计划采购100万桶原油来补充美国战略石油储备。不过，油价仍维持在五个月低点附近，因市场预期即将出现全球供应过剩。
WTI交易价格波动幅度超出1美元，结算价在每桶58美元附近。尽管美国计划补充战略石油储备支撑了油价，但这不足以扭转市场情绪。自9月下旬以来，原油市场已下跌逾10%。WTI期货价格迈向连续第三个月下跌。
周二到期的11月交割WTI原油期货上涨0.5%，收于每桶57.82美元。
交投更为活跃的12月合约收于每桶57.24美元。
12月结算的布伦特原油期货上涨0.5%，收于每桶61.32美元。
海上油轮运载的原油量已升至纪录新高，表明长久以来预期的供应过剩可能已开始显现。
国际能源署预计2026年全球石油供应将超出需求近400万桶/日，原因是OPEC+持续恢复产量，同时该组织的竞争对手在2026年的供应前景也在增强。
“我们的供应增长速度是需求增长速度的三倍，”Rapidan Energy Group创始人兼总裁Bob McNally在接受采访时表示，“短期内我们会出现供应过剩的情况”。
与此同时，根据Bridgeton Research Group的数据，未来几个交易日，商品交易顾问的空头仓位可能会达到最高水平，推动价格下跌。
