消息面上，10月20日晚间，容大科技发布公告称，10月20日，公司已接获中级法院就一项纠纷发出的民事裁定，原告已向中级法院申请将集团执行董事、主席及控股股东许开明列为民事起诉的共同被告人；及将向该集团及A先生索偿的损害赔偿金额由原索偿金额约2亿元（人民币，下同）增加至合计约9.75亿元，其中许开明须对9.65亿元承担连带责任。
公告指出，根据该纠纷现状，民事裁定及新申索赔偿金不太可能对集团截至今年12月31日止年度的业务、财务状况及经营业绩造成任何重大不利影响，控股股东将就该集团承担超过940万元的金额向该集团作出弥偿，该集团已就此对民事裁定作出充足拨备。中级法院裁定，由于诉讼标的额现已超过2亿元，该纠纷将移送至福建省高级人民法院处理。
