10月21日金融一线消息，盛京银行今日发布公告称，该行已根据上市规则第6.12条向联交所作出退市申请，该申请已获联交所批准，惟须待H股要约成为无条件后方可作实（而该条件于本公告日期已获达成）。H股将于2025年11月20日（星期四）下午四时正于联交所退市。现时预期H股于联交所的最后交易日将为2025年11月13日（星期四）。倘有变动，盛京银行将以公告形式知会H股股东有关H股的最后买卖日期及退市将会生效的日期。
