智通财经APP讯，优趣汇控股(02177)发布公告，于2025年10月21日，本公司间接全资附属公司优趣汇供应链(作为担保人)与债权人订立担保协议，优趣汇供应链同意提供最高额为人民币4750万元的担保，以保证上海旭一如期向债权人履行借款协议项下的还款责任。
上海旭一的业务主要为日本品牌菲婷丝、小林制药等产品代理线下销售渠道，已与部分领先线下零售渠道建立业务关系。董事认为，根据担保协议提供该担保将有助于实现本公司电子商务业务与上海旭一线下业务模式协同发展及销售渠道整合。透过提供该担保，本集团与上海旭一维持密切联系，可密切关注彼业务发展及相关行业不同销售渠道的动态趋势。倘本集团寻求未来与上海旭一有关的进一步战略合作或投资机会，本集团亦将处于优势地位。鉴于上述原因，提供该担保将对本集团于行业相关资源的整合及战略布局具有积极意义，有助于本集团成为行业领导者，符合本集团整体业务战略及长远利益。
