Vividthree (SGX:OMK) raised around SG$2.2 million following the completion of the placement of 137.4 million shares at SG$0.01615 each, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
As a result, the company's issued shares have increased to 601.5 million shares, with the new shares expected to be listed and quoted on or around Oct. 23.
