10月21日，金叶国际集团盘中再跌近17%，股价创上市以来新低。
消息面上，金叶国际集团于10月10日登陆港股市场，以超过1.15万倍的公开发售超额认购倍数，成为港股史上首只“万倍认购股”。值得注意的是，该股上市首日股价暴涨330%，此前暗盘交易曾最高暴涨900%。
招股书显示，该公司是一家在香港从事机电工程的老牌承建商，专注于供应、安装及维修暖通空调、电力及供水系统，主要承接私营项目并担任主承建商。其年营收1亿多港元，年度盈利规模仅千万港元。公司预计，2025/26财年的净利润较2024/25财年大幅减少，主要是由于上市开支增加。
