10月21日金融一线消息，贵州省人民政府近日印发《关于促进服务消费高质量发展的实施意见》，其中提出，创新金融服务消费。鼓励金融机构开发提供消费信贷、信用卡分期、个人理财等多样化金融产品。引导金融机构和商家合作开发适合服务消费特点的产品和服务。鼓励保险机构根据不同消费群体需求，丰富商业养老保险、商业长期护理保险等保险供给。优化外籍来黔人员支付服务水平。
